Why Business Owners Should Work ON the Business, Not IN It

"A man who stops advertising to save money is like a man who stops a clock to save time." – Henry Ford.

Now, although this quote directly refers to the importance of advertising, it subtly illustrates the essence of understanding the big picture in business, which is: in an attempt to save on some aspects, you could be losing out on much more.
